Take One Just In Case: Trinkets Drawn from the Bazaar

A group show where designers work from the archetypes of anonymous objects — the ones we buy without looking.

1 MIN · 14 September 2026

The bazaar is the only shop where we buy objects without looking at them. That is the starting point of the exhibition.

The principle

A teeming, generous array of trinkets — the word is theirs, and it fits. Designers start from the archetypes of anonymous objects, the ones with neither author nor date: the clip, the bucket, the hanger, the cup. They turn them into something else. The gesture is to make visible a form no one looks at any more, precisely because it is everywhere.

Going there

Take One Just In Case — 10 rue Tesson, 75010 Paris. Dates and hours during Design Week: on the official Paris Design Week programme.

The Beyit gesture: photograph a piece and scan it — the tool tells you who edits it, at what price, and what else exists around it.

The Beyit scan

One photo, every piece identified.

Your room, a shop window, an inspiration screenshot: send the photo, we find the pieces and their alternatives at every price.
