What binds us, on one page.
The agreement between your workshop and Beyit, from the first piece put on sale. No annexes, no cross-references to other terms.
- 01 · Who does what
You make and you ship. Beyit brings you buyers, collects payment on your behalf and passes it on. Beyit is a technical intermediary: at no point do we buy or resell your pieces.
- 02 · What you warrant
You make the pieces you upload, or have them made in your name and under your responsibility. Reselling pieces bought elsewhere has no place on the marketplace. The photos are yours, or you have the right to use them.
- 03 · Your prices
You freely set the price of your pieces and your shipping fees, and change them whenever you want. Beyit imposes no price, no discount, no commercial operation on you.
- 04 · The commission
Beyit takes 15 % of the price of the piece, excluding shipping. No subscription, no listing fee, no sales minimum. The rate can only change with your written agreement, and never on an order already placed.
- 05 · Payment
The buyer pays on Beyit. Payment goes through Stripe, into the account you open in your own name — your bank details are entered at Stripe, Beyit never has access to them. The transfer leaves once the order has shipped and the tracking has been entered.
- 06 · VAT, invoicing and disputes
You remain the seller: VAT, the invoice to the buyer and after-sales service are yours. In a dispute, Beyit passes on the information it holds and may suspend payout until the situation is settled.
- 07 · Right of withdrawal
A consumer buyer has the legal fourteen-day period, except for pieces made to their order, which the law excludes. The refund of a returned piece is at your expense; the corresponding commission is returned to you.
- 08 · Shipping
You ship within the lead time you announced on the piece's page. If you can't meet it, tell us: an order you cancel is refunded in full to the buyer.
- 09 · The featured week
The featured week costs €250. It is optional, booked by the week, and has no bearing on selection: a workshop never gets onto the marketplace because it pays, and never leaves because it doesn't.
- 10 · Your images and your name
You authorise Beyit to use your photos and your workshop's name to present you: on the site, in the app, the newsletter and social media. This authorisation ends when you leave the marketplace.
- 11 · Leaving
You withdraw a piece or your whole workshop whenever you want, with no notice and no justification. Orders already placed run to completion. Beyit may remove a workshop that doesn't meet the warranties above, after telling you.
- 12 · Signing
Signing means entering the name of the person responsible for the workshop on the application page. That entry is time-stamped and kept with the version of the agreement in force that day. It is binding.
Beyit's commission: 15 % of the price of the piece, never on shipping. Featured week, if you ask for it: €250.
